TERMS AND CONDITIONS

LAZY SEAL WATER SPORTS TOURISM AND TRADE INC.

1. Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of diving training, trial dives, diving tours, and water sports services offered by LAZY SEAL SU SPORLARI TURİZM VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“COMPANY”).

2. Nature of the Service

The services offered are scheduled for a specific date and time, have limited capacity, and require operational preparation.

They are organizations.

3. Reservation

The reservation is confirmed upon completion of the online payment process.
The participant acknowledges that the information provided during booking is accurate.

4. Safety and Compliance with Instructions

Participants are required to follow the instructions of the instructor and guide.
The organization may be terminated if any behavior violates security rules.

5. Health Declaration

Participants are required to provide an accurate and complete health declaration prior to the dive.
The COMPANY is not responsible for any consequences arising from false or incomplete information.

6. Acceptance of Risks

Diving and water sports inherently involve risks. Participants declare that they are aware of and accept these risks when participating in the service.

7. Organizational Changes

The event may be postponed or cancelled due to weather or sea conditions, official decisions, or security reasons.

8. Visual Recording

Photography and video recording may be done for promotional purposes during the event. Unless a written objection is raised, acceptance of use for promotional purposes will be deemed granted.

9. Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund conditions are regulated in a separate document called the "Cancellation and Refund Policy".

10. Dispute

Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction in resolving disputes.
