For cancellations made in writing at least 12 hours before the event, a full refund will be given. Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if the event is canceled. In case of cancellation due to weather conditions, official decisions, or security reasons: An alternative date will be offered or a refund will be issued. No additional compensation liability will arise.
